We have state-of-the-art laboratory facilities to conduct our advanced and diverse research projects.
Our laboratories are located at GSRC and Horizon I buildings. We have two wet labs with 12 fume hoods and a shared lab for equipment at Horizon I.
At GSRC we have one wet lab with four fume hoods and a half lab for equipment. We have a comprehensive set of tools in place for organic polymer synthesis
(Schlenk line, NMR, GPC, FTIR) and complete characterization of polymer materials, including thermal (TGA and DSC),
mechanical (DMA and Tensile Test), and as well as microstructures (AFM, STEM, HRTEM, WAXS and SAXS).
We also possess equipment for thin film processing, a SCS spin coater, a home-made environmentally controlled system for solvent annealing, a home-made zone-caster for alignment of polymeric materials.
As a part of Polymer Nano composite Program at USC we have access to several other facilities as well.
